We have the news of the first same-sex couple to get married in Northern Ireland and they are Robyn Peoples and Sharni Edwards. The New law was passed after quit the struggle and the campaign to make sure Northern Ireland in alignment with the rest of the United Kingdom facing opposition from the democratic unionist party and other social conservatives. Ms. Edwards said that she had no idea about the difference in law until she moved to Belfast from England.
