Despite all the controversial cleanse issues to losing it on the 2018 met gala, Kim has been keen on documenting her fitness journey. Recently, her trainer revealed more of it.
Melissa told Women’s Health Magazine: “Even though her schedule is crazy, she is super- responsible and always shows up for her workouts. She’s the best client and athlete you can have. And of course, focusing on her ample behind is one of Kim’s favorite places to tone.
Melissa said: “Kim loves to work the back of her legs — the hamstrings and the booty!” However, she only does dedicated exercises for the legs and rear twice a week.
