World's oldest living man's secret at the age of 113

Given the kind of hectic life and poor diet we follow, people crossing the age of 50 and 60 becomes a miracle in recent times. In such a world, Chitetsu Watanabe turns 113 next month. Appreciating his presence, he has received an early Birthday present from the Guinness World Record conforming to him being the oldest living man in the world. 

He lives in Japan and he was born in the year 1907. He has also shared some tips to live longer like he thinks not being angry and keeping a smile on the face is the secret to longevity.
